Author:Ricky Albright
Ingredients
-
Bub 'n Mutha's DownEast Dinnah Dust
- Mrs. Griffin’s Original BBQ Sauce
- 2 racks Pork Baby Back Ribs
Directions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 350 - 400 °F).
- Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs. This can be done by sliding a knife under the membrane and pulling it off with a paper towel.
- Sprinkle Bub 'n Mutha's DownEast Dinnah Dust generously on both sides of the ribs, making sure to rub it in well.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 45 minutes to an hour, flipping them every 15 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- After the ribs have cooked for 45 minutes to an hour, start basting/mopping them with Mrs. Griffin’s Original BBQ Sauce, brushing it on both sides of the ribs.
- Continue cooking the ribs for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until they are fully cooked and the sauce has caramelized and become sticky.
- Once done, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before cutting them into individual pieces.
- Serve the ribs with Mrs. Griffin’s Original BBQ Sauce on the side and enjoy!
Recipe Note
You can adjust the cooking time depending on how thick your ribs are and how well-done you prefer them. You can also use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the ribs, which should be cooked to at least 145 °F for pork.
