- Lane’s Spellbound Rub Seasoning
- 1-2 Whole Chickens
- Mesquite Wood Chips
Instructions
Prep grill for indirect cooking at 275 - 300 °F, adding your mesquite chips.
Apply the Myron Mixon’s Vinegar Sauce to both sides of the chicken as your rub binder.
Season chicken thoroughly with Lane’s Spellbound Rub Seasoning.
Place on grill, breast side up, cooking indirectly at 275 - 300 °F for 1 - 1.5 hours, or until internal temperature hits 165 °F.
Mop on some of Myron Mixon’s Vinegar Sauce to the entire bird.
Confirm the internal temp of 165 °F.
