  • 3 Boneless, Skin-on Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 cup Gold Tequila
  • 1 cup Lime Juice
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 tbsp Jalapeno Pepper ((minced))
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic ((minced))
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Salt


  • Preparation Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, tequila, orange juice, jalapeno, chili powder, garlic, pepper and salt.

  • Add chicken to your bowl and toss to coat.

  • Cover and chill overnight in the refrigerator.

  • Grilling Instructions

  • Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill skin-down for 5 minutes, covered, over direct heat.

  • Turn and cook, covered, for 10 additional minutes.

  • Cover and let rest 5 minutes, then serve.
