Grilled Teriyaki Shrimp & Pineapple Skewers
When summer grilling season hits, nothing beats a quick, flavorful skewer—and this one checks all the boxes. We teamed up with Pitmaster Ricky Albright of @iron_fire_cooking to bring you this mouthwatering recipe for Grilled Teriyaki Shrimp & Pineapple Skewers, featuring two flavor powerhouses: Everyday Black Garlic Teriyaki by Saucy Rascals and Fish Magic Seasoning by Mis’ Rubin’s from our "Flavor Fireworks" BBQ box.
The combination of sweet, caramelized pineapple and tender, perfectly grilled shrimp is already a classic—but when you add the deep, umami-rich punch of black garlic teriyaki, it elevates the dish to new heights. A dusting of Fish Magic seasoning infuses each bite with a bold blend of spices designed specifically for seafood, delivering layers of flavor that hold up beautifully on the grill.
This recipe is quick to prep and even quicker to cook, making it ideal for weeknight grilling or serving up a crowd at your next backyard BBQ. The shrimp cook in just 6–8 minutes, and the skewers come off the grill glossy and golden, glazed in that signature black garlic teriyaki sauce.
Want to kick it up a notch? Try adding slices of red bell pepper or jalapeño to the skewers for extra heat and color. However you customize it, this dish is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser that’s as easy as it is delicious. Serve it hot off the grill with extra teriyaki on the side—and don’t forget to grab some extra napkins.
