Grilled Buffalo Hot Wings feat. Missing Link Spice Rub by Bow Valley BBQ

- 1 tbsp Missing Link Spice Rub by Bow Valley BBQ ((featured box item))
- 1 lb Split Chicken Wings
- 1 bottle Winged Buffalo Hot Sauce by Bow Valley BBQ ((or your favorite buffalo wing sauce oir hot sauce))
Toss wings in Missing Link Spice Rub until coated well and let rest for 15 minutes at room temperature while your grill preheats to medium heat.
Grill the wings, moving and turning them often to cook evenly and obtain your desired char and texture.
Once the wings are 5-10 minutes from being fully cooked, toss with Winged Buffalo Hot Sauce or your favorite buffalo sauce (or, try melting some butter and combining with your favorite hot sauce) and return to grill.
When the wings are 5-10 minutes from being fully cooked (a minimum internal temperature of 165 °F), toss with Winged Buffalo Hot Sauce or your homemade buffalo sauce, and return to grill.
Once caramelized and fully cooked, remove from the grill, add more sauce as desired, serve and enjoy!
