1 lb Elbow Macaroni
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
2 cups Whole Milk
1 cup Heavy Cream
2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1 tsp Lane's SPG Rub
1 tsp Honey Garlic Sriracha Rub by Ninjacue
1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp Melted Butter

Directions

Preheat your grill or smoker to 350°F.
Cook macaroni according to package directions until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt 2 Tbsp butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
