Easiest Brisket Recipe Ever

Looking for a simple step into the world of brisket grilling?  Then this is the recipe for you!

Serves:  8

Ingredients

2 quarts bone stock

6 pounds beef brisket

3 bay leaves

Salt and black pepper

Instructions

Boil bay leaves in a cup of water over medium heat, then turn heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove bay leaves and add stock, salt, and pepper.

Pour into a large container and submerge brisket in marinade.

Cover and chill for 3 hours in the refrigerator.

Preheat grill to medium.

Cook for 3 hours, turning and mopping with more sauce every half hour.

Serve.
