Ingredients
1 12oz Bottle Terrapin Ridge Tart Cherry, Apple & Rosemary Glaze
- Lanes Apple Wood Seasoning
1 3-4 lb Spiral Ham
Directions
Start by unwrapping the ham and season liberally with Lanes Apple Wood seasoning. Place on smoker at 225°F for 1 hr in a disposable roasting pan.
Increase heat to 375°F, and baste liberally with Terrapin Ridge Tart Cherry, Apple & Rosemary Glaze. Continue to repeat glazing every hour until internal temp reaches 140°F.
- Pull and let rest. Carve and baste slices in drippings. Serve and enjoy!
