- 1 Cup CIlantro (chopped)
- ½ Cup Parsley (chopped)
- 2 Shallots (minced)
- 8 Cloves Garlic (minced)

Directions
- In a baking dish or bowl with lid add oil, minced garlic, shallot, 1/2 cup cilantro, and 4 Tbsp Carne Asada Seasoning by The Spice Guy. Mix together.
- Add the two steak pieces and marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
- In a skillet, over flame or on the griddle on high, lay out steak on the surface and cook 2 minutes each side, then repeat until desired temp (we recommend 135 °F internal).
- Remove and pan fry corn tortillas in the remaining oils on the surface.
- Slice the steak against the grain and serve your carne asada tacos with fresh cilantro, diced onion and Chile Lime Aioli Squeeze Garnishing Sauce by Terrapin Ridge Farms.
