Ingredients

Brisket
Chopped Spinach
Mozzarella Cheese
Sucklebusters Chicken Rub
Sucklebusters Honey Peach Glaze

Directions

Season up brisket point and smoke at 250° until 195°
Cube up, sauce, and back on the smoker for 1 hour
Prep your mushrooms buy removing the stem & “guts”
Chop up some spinach and mix in with mozzarella cheese
Shred up the burnt end and stuff into mushroom
Top with cheese/spinach mix and season with @sucklebuster
Place in @traegergrills running 475° for 30 minutes
Top with @sucklebuster Peach BBQ Sauce and cook 10 minutes
Pull, let sit for 10 minutes and then DEVOUR!
