- 1/2 Lb. Leftover Brisket
- 28 Tater Tots
- 1/2 Cup Uncle Bubby's Queso
- Uncle Bubby's Sweet BBQ Sauce
- Uncle Bubby's Cow Rub
- Cilantro
Instructions
Cook tater tots according to package instructions.
Layer in the bottom of a cast iron skillet or other oven safe dish.
Top with brisket and queso. Garnish with BBQ sauce, cilantro and a sprinkle of Uncle Bubby's Cow Rub. Enjoy!
